Brand strategy & positioning
What the brand stands for, who it is for, and the argument it makes against the competitors already in that shelf space.
Campaign strategy, creative and the production that carries it - for Mumbai businesses that want one team responsible for the idea and for what actually reaches the customer.
Most advertising in this city is assembled from parts. An agency writes the idea, a studio makes the artwork, a vendor prints it, someone else installs it - and by the time the campaign reaches a dealer counter in Bhiwandi or a hoarding on the Eastern Express Highway, the red is not the red that was approved and the message has lost two lines to a resize nobody signed off.
We do the whole chain. Strategy, concept, art direction, artwork, photography, print and outdoor - in one building in Koparkhairane, on our own press. That is not a boast about scale; it is the reason a leaflet and the dangler beside it match, and the reason a repeat run six months later still matches.
For a Mumbai marketing team it also removes the part of the job nobody enjoys: chasing four suppliers to find out whose fault a delay is.
A typical brief starts with a business problem rather than a piece of artwork - a new product going into a market where three competitors are already established, a dealer network that has stopped pushing the brand, a category where nobody can tell two packs apart on a shelf.
From there the work divides into what the customer sees and what the trade sees. Consumer-facing: the campaign idea, the key visual, outdoor and hoardings, press and point-of-sale. Trade-facing: dealer branding, counter material, catalogues, sampling kits and the incentive material that gets a distributor to actually stock the thing.
The proportion between those two changes completely by category. In agri-inputs, which is where most of our work sits, the trade side is where campaigns are won or lost. In consumer retail it is usually the other way round. We would rather argue about that split at the start than produce a beautiful campaign that reaches the wrong half of the market.
The studio and the press are in Koparkhairane, about forty minutes from most of the Mumbai business districts and closer than that to the eastern suburbs. In practice this matters less than people expect for the thinking and more than they expect for the production: proofs, press approvals and last-minute fixes happen faster when the person approving them can drive over and look at a sheet.
For clients in Andheri, BKC, Lower Parel, Powai, Malad, Borivali, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Chembur and Vikhroli we work the way most agencies do - meetings at your office, work reviewed remotely - with the press visit reserved for the jobs where colour genuinely has to be signed off in person.
Delivery is local for Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Anything going further, including dealer-network dispatch across Maharashtra and the rest of India, is planned and kitted here.
What the brand stands for, who it is for, and the argument it makes against the competitors already in that shelf space.
The idea, the key visual and the line - then every adaptation that follows from it, art-directed as one set.
Hoardings, gantries, shop fronts and site branding, artworked for the distance they are actually read at.
Counter units, danglers, shelf strips, standees and dealer boards - the material that does the selling when nobody is there to talk.
Leaflets, brochures, catalogues, posters and packs, produced on our own press so colour holds across the whole set.
Stall design and the full printed set for it, delivered to the hall on build day.
What the campaign has to achieve, by when, for whom, and against whom. If we are not the right fit for it we say so here rather than quoting anyway.
Positioning, the campaign idea and the key visual - presented as an argument, not as three layouts to pick from.
Every adaptation art-directed from the same master, with a proof cycle before anything is committed to press.
Printed, finished and kitted here, then delivered - locally, or dispatched across a dealer network.
Both. The studio and press are in Koparkhairane, and a good part of our campaign work is for clients in Mumbai and Thane. Delivery across Mumbai is local.
No. The advertising side has no minimum - a single campaign, a product launch or a rebrand is normal work whatever the size of the business. It is printing that is bulk and wholesale only.
We plan and produce outdoor and print, and we work with your media plan. We are not a media-buying house and will say so rather than take a brief we cannot service properly.
Yes. Send what exists - artwork, brand guidelines, previous printed samples - and we work inside it. A physical sample of the last print run is the most useful thing you can send.
Strategy and concept usually two to three weeks. Artwork and proofs 2-3 working days per set. Bulk print 5-10 working days after proof approval. A fixed launch date is planned backwards from that.
You do. Working files are handed over on request at the end of a job - we do not hold artwork hostage to keep the reprint.
Bulk quotes come back within 24 working hours, priced for your run and the next slab up. Campaign briefs get a call first.
