Cap & T-shirt
Apparel is the only branded item people choose to wear again. The pieces here were produced for teams, events, dealer networks and promotions, where the test is whether it survives a wash and still gets worn.
Printing method decides the life of it
Screen printing, transfer and embroidery each suit different garments, quantities and designs. Screen is cost-effective at volume with limited colours; embroidery lasts longest on polos and caps; transfers handle detail and photographic artwork.
A design chosen without deciding the method first is usually a design that has to be redrawn.
Garment quality is the thing people notice
Nobody comments on the print. They comment on the fabric. Spending slightly more on the garment and slightly less on the decoration produces something that gets worn, which is the only measure that matters for promotional apparel.
Sizes and quantities
Size distribution is where apparel orders go wrong. Order to a realistic curve rather than evenly, and allow a small buffer in the middle sizes - that is where shortages always happen.
