Brand strategy & identity
Positioning, naming, logo systems, colour and type, and the brand book that keeps every later piece consistent. For new businesses and for brands that have drifted.
Strategy, creative and campaigns for businesses across Navi Mumbai, Thane and Mumbai — planned, designed and produced end to end, with our own printing press behind it.
Most advertising agencies stop at the artwork. The campaign is planned, the creative is signed off, and then the job is handed to a vendor — where colours shift, deadlines move, and nobody is accountable for the thing the customer actually holds.
Print Media Designing has run both halves under one roof since 2006. We plan the campaign, build the creative, and print it ourselves at our press in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. One team is answerable for the idea and for the finished piece, which is why brands with tight launch dates and multi-location rollouts come to us.
That covers everything from a single retail launch to an ongoing brand programme — and unlike our printing work, the agency side has no minimum order. If you have one campaign to run, that is a conversation worth having.
Six areas, taken on individually or as one integrated campaign.
Positioning, naming, logo systems, colour and type, and the brand book that keeps every later piece consistent. For new businesses and for brands that have drifted.
The idea, the line and the artwork — worked up across every format the campaign needs, so a hoarding, a leaflet and a social post read as one thing.
Hoardings, unipoles, transit and society branding, gantries and site boards — site selection, artwork sized to the media, and production that survives Mumbai weather.
Storefronts, shelf and aisle branding, standees, danglers and window graphics, produced as a matched kit and rolled out across every outlet at once.
Stall design and graphics, backdrops, standees, badges and giveaways for trade shows, launches and corporate events — delivered on site, on time.
The production muscle behind all of the above: offset and digital printing, finishing and pan-India dispatch, on our own presses rather than a vendor's.
A working sequence, not a slide. Most campaigns move from first call to material on site inside three weeks.
A call or a visit to understand the business, the audience, the market you are competing in and what the campaign has to achieve. No cost, no obligation.
We come back with the recommended mix — media, formats, quantities — and a written estimate against it, so you are approving a plan and not a guess.
Concepts first, then finished artwork. You see a proof of every piece — on screen and, for print, a physical proof — before anything is committed.
Printing, finishing and fabrication happen at our press. Colour is matched across the whole run, so the hoarding and the leaflet carry the same red.
Delivery, installation where it applies, and photographs of the installed work. Artwork files are handed over so you own what you paid for.
Two decades in the MIDC and Navi Mumbai corridor means most briefs are not new to us.
Corporate profiles, technical catalogues, exhibition stalls and plant signage for the TTC and Rabale industrial belt.
Product literature, packaging, dealer material and multi-language campaigns for agri-input and chemical brands.
Store launches, seasonal campaigns, in-store branding and point-of-sale kits rolled out across outlets.
Prospectuses, awareness campaigns, signage systems and event branding for hospitals, clinics and institutes.
Site branding, hoardings, sales-office collateral and project brochures for launches and sustaining campaigns.
Employer branding, internal campaigns, annual reports and conference material.
White-label creative and production for other agencies and event companies working to their own client deadlines.
First identity, launch campaign and the collateral to look established from day one — without a minimum spend.
Campaign work needs people who can be at your office by lunchtime. Our studio and press are in Koparkhairane, minutes from the Thane–Belapur road, which puts us inside half an hour of Vashi, Nerul, Airoli, Ghansoli, Turbhe, Rabale, Mahape, Belapur and the TTC industrial area, and inside an hour of Thane, Mulund, Powai and central Mumbai.
That matters most on the days a campaign goes wrong — a date moves, a site changes, an approval comes in late. A local team reprints and re-installs the same week. A remote one sends an apology.
It also means we know the market you are advertising in: which societies take branding, which industrial estates respond to what, and what a Navi Mumbai audience reads past.
Both. The agency side has no minimum — a single campaign, a logo and identity, or one launch is perfectly normal work for us. The minimums on this site apply to bulk printing, not to advertising and creative.
Yes, and that is the point of coming to us. Strategy, creative, artwork, printing, finishing and delivery all happen under one roof, so there is no gap between what was approved and what gets produced.
Yes. Hoardings, unipoles, gantries, transit and society branding, and site boards — including artwork sized correctly for the media and production built to last outdoors.
It depends entirely on the mix — media, formats and quantities. After the first call we send a written estimate against a specific plan, so you can compare it properly rather than against a vague range.
For most campaigns, three weeks from brief to material on site. Creative and proofing take the first two, production and rollout the third. Urgent launches can be compressed if the brief is clear.
Regularly. We provide white-label creative and production for advertising agencies, event companies and other printers, at trade rates and under your own brand.
You do. Working files are handed over at the end of the campaign. We do not hold artwork hostage to keep an account.
All of Navi Mumbai, Thane and Mumbai for campaign and installation work, and pan-India for printed material dispatched from our press.
Send a brief, or just call and talk it through. We will come back with a plan and a written estimate — and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
