What to include so we can quote the same day
Most quote delays are not us being slow, they are a brief that is missing something that decides the price. Eight lines usually settle it:
What it is and the format — not "brochure" but "A4 landscape, 8 pages, saddle stitched". Quantity, plus one quantity above it, because the per-piece price falls as the run grows and the break is often closer than you think. Flat and finished size, especially for anything folded or die-cut. Paper or substrate, or just what it has to survive.
Colours and whether it is both sides. Finishing — lamination, spot UV, foiling, die-cutting, numbering. The date it has to be in hand, an actual date rather than "soon". And whether the copies differ from each other, because variable data changes the process.
If you are reprinting something, a physical sample answers most of those at once and is the only reliable way to match colour on a repeat.
What happens after you send it
Bulk printing enquiries get a written quote within 24 working hours, priced for the run you asked about and the next slab up so you can see where the cost breaks.
Advertising and campaign briefs get a call first. We would rather understand what the campaign has to achieve before putting a number on it, and if we are not the right fit for it we will say so rather than quote anyway.
Before you write, one thing worth knowing
Printing here is produced in bulk and wholesale quantities. If you need a single piece printed we are honestly not the right supplier, and it is fairer to say that here than after you have spent time on an enquiry.
Design, branding and advertising work carries no minimum at all. A single campaign, a logo, a rebrand — that is normal work for us whatever the size of the business.
