Regional-language leaflets
Crop-wise and season-wise leaflets typeset properly in Marathi, Hindi and other regional languages.
Campaigns aimed at rural Maharashtra - built around the dealer counter, the village wall and the field day, and produced in the language the customer actually reads.
A rural campaign fails for logistical reasons far more often than for creative ones. The material was English-first and the farmer skimmed it. It reached the district office but not the four hundred village dealers. It arrived three weeks after the season opened. The dangler was printed on stock that did not survive one monsoon week outside a shop.
So the first questions are about reach and durability, not about the headline. How many outlets, in which talukas, through which distributor structure, by which date, and what will the material physically go through once it is there.
Once those are settled the creative work gets easier, because it has a real brief instead of a vague one.
Crop-wise leaflets in Marathi and Hindi are the backbone - the piece a dealer hands over and a farmer takes home. Then dealer boards and shop-front branding, which are the closest thing this market has to permanent advertising. Then danglers, posters and cutout stands inside the shop, where the choice between two brands is usually made.
Around that sit the field-level pieces: demonstration plot boards, farmer-meeting banners, field-day kits and sampling material. And behind it all, the pack itself - the label and carton, which is the one piece of advertising that reaches every single buyer.
We produce all of it in one place, in bulk, which is what makes a four-hundred-outlet rollout a scheduling exercise rather than a coordination nightmare.
Maharashtra is not one rural market. The cotton belt in Vidarbha, sugarcane in the west, grapes and onion around Nashik, pulses in Marathwada and the horticulture belt in Konkan each have their own crop calendar, their own dominant languages and dialects, and their own dealer structures.
Material that treats them as one market reads as generic in all of them. We build the master artwork once and version it by crop and belt, which costs less than it sounds because the versioning is planned into the artwork from the start rather than retrofitted.
Production and kitting happen at Koparkhairane in Navi Mumbai, with dispatch across the state and, where a brand's network runs further, across India.

Yes. Production and kitting are here, and dispatch is pan-India. Most of our rural work is Maharashtra-led because that is where the client base sits.
Yes. Each language version is typeset in its own right - line breaks, face size and legibility handled per language rather than poured into an English layout.
Rollouts across several hundred outlets are routine. Tell us the network size and structure and it is planned per outlet.
As long as you can give. Approval and language versioning are the unpredictable parts; print and dispatch are 5-10 working days after proof approval.
It depends on the stock and finishing, which is why we ask what the piece will go through. Say the word and the specification is chosen for it rather than for price alone.
We produce and kit the material. Activation teams on the ground are usually the brand's own or a local partner's, and we supply to fit that plan.
Bulk quotes come back within 24 working hours, priced for your run and the next slab up. Campaign briefs get a call first.
