A hall does not wait

Exhibition work is the one category where the deadline is genuinely immovable. The build slot is the build slot; there is no version of the plan where material arrives the next morning and it is still fine. That single fact should shape how the job is quoted, and it is why we plan an exhibition run backwards from the hall date rather than forwards from the order.

It also changes what a supplier is worth. An agency that subcontracts printing has to ask a vendor to move their schedule when artwork slips. We own the press, so when the date is tight we are moving our own. That is the difference between a date we can hold and a date we hope to hold.

The other thing worth saying plainly: if you tell us the date and it is not achievable, we will say so at quoting stage. A stall that is half-built on the morning is worse than a stall that was planned smaller.

How it runs

From brief to delivery

  1. 1

    Hall date first

Before anything else. The date decides whether the rest of the plan is realistic, and we would rather tell you that at the start.

  2. 2

    Stall plan and sizes

Panel sizes, fascia dimensions and the exhibitor's specification, so artwork is built for the stand rather than resized into it.

  3. 3

    Creative and proof

Concepts and finished artwork, proofed at a stage where changes are still cheap.

  4. 4

Produce and deliver to the venue

Printed and finished in-house, packed for installation, delivered against the build slot.

Questions

Common questions

How late can we send artwork?

Tell us the hall date first and we will give you the real cut-off rather than an encouraging one. That is more useful than a yes you cannot rely on.

Do you deliver directly to the exhibition hall?

Yes, against the build slot, packed so it can be installed rather than unpacked and sorted.

Can you design the stall as well as print it?

Yes - the creative side has no minimum, and the production happens on our own press, so the design is made with the print in mind.

Do you work for exhibition and event agencies?

Regularly, including white-label production under the agency's own brand at trade rates.

What about delegate kits and giveaways?

Produced with the stall so everything on the stand matches - folders, badges, inserts and branded merchandise.

We exhibit at agri expos. Do you know that circuit?

Yes. Most of our long-standing clients are agri-input brands and a good part of their year is trade shows and farmer meets.
