Danglers
Danglers work because they move and because they sit at eye level in an aisle. The pieces here were designed for that specific job - visible from the side, readable from a step away, and light enough to hang for months.
Shape is the whole trick
A rectangular dangler is a poster hanging from a string. A contour-cut one takes the shape of the product or the mascot, and that silhouette is what registers from the corner of an eye.
The trade-off is tooling: a new shape needs a cutting die, which is a one-off cost that disappears on repeat runs.
Built for retail conditions
Board weight decides whether a dangler hangs straight or curls. Lamination decides whether it survives being brushed past. Both are specified for the aisle, not for the desk it was approved on.
Where these were used
Most of this work is agri-input dealer material - danglers hung at counters and in shop aisles as part of a season campaign, produced alongside the leaflets and shop boards so the whole point of sale matched.
